Cancellation: No refunds will be made for cancellations received 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the event 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Substitute delegates: Substitute delegates are welcome. Please note: All name changes must be received in writing by email or fax no later than 7 days prior to the event.
