The IEDP has developed national standards for equality, diversity and human rights practitioners. Accreditation against these standards is available to all IEDP members.
In July 2010, the Institute published its Membership, Standards & Assessment Framework.
This framework, which includes the assessment process for IEDP members, sets standards and competencies for EDHR practitioners across the 5 domains shown below. The work was co-ordinated by the Institute’s Standards and Products Working Group.
